Need Assistance Switching to Xfinity NOW Internet Plan

Hi,

I’m currently an Xfinity customer and would like to switch to one of the new Xfinity NOW Internet plans. I’m looking for guidance on how to transition smoothly without any interruptions to my current service.

I’ve read through the FAQs and overview articles but would appreciate detailed steps to ensure the process goes as planned. If any additional information is needed, please let me know how to provide it securely.

user_5479c3 Thanks for reaching out! We can help get your current services set for a pending disconnection, so you can get started with NOW Internet. Please send us a direct message. 
 
To send a "Direct Message" message:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
