Need a technician appointment that the AI “assistant” can’t cancel
I am at my wits end. I have been dealing with terrible service, cannot get a human being, the AI “assistant” wants to run the same tests over, and over, and over. I get thru to it that I am having problems and it schedules an appointment only for it to cancel it of its own volition saying the issues in the area are resolved. They are not resolved!!! I am continuing to have my connection, wired or WiFi drop constantly. I am not getting anywhere close to the speeds I pay for when it does decide to work. I am already going to be contacting Brightspeed Fiber and starting their free trial. It’s up to you at this point if you are trying to keep me as a customer, and you are failing horribly.
Ps, the tags make the page crash and I have to retype my message. I hope to God this goes thru.
