Need /60 IPv6 Prefix – CODA-56 only getting link-local /64

I activated a Hitron CODA-56 last week (CM MAC [Edited: "Personal Information"], Serial [Edited: "Personal Information"]).
The modem receives an IPv6 WAN address (IA-NA) but no DHCPv6 prefix delegation;
my router only shows link-local /128
Please push the standard residential /60 PD boot file to this modem.
