f you are not using any Xfi Pods, you can try separating the 2.4 and the 5.0 names and give them two different broadcast names / SSID's;

Hello @user_ti1rmh Our forums expert @EG provided the instructions how to enable the advanced setting and change the network to support a dual band connection. Did that work for you?
