Need 2.4 band enabled on my networm

Question

I have certain smart devices that won’t work without 2.4 WiFi band. I don’t have the option to enable it from the admin tool or the xfinity app. Please help me enable it so I can use my devices.

user_ujm77g Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums. Can you share with me the steps you have taken to try to split your bands? Also, are you using any xFi Boost Pods? If so, you wouldn't be able to split the bands.
