MyQ-647 Not able to join the network because Port 8883 is blocked

Any help on opening TCP/UDP port 53 (DNS) and Inbound and outbound UDP/TCP port 8883. My brand-new garage door will not connect to the router, and I can't forward the ports because it won't connect to the network. I would much appreciate any help in this matter. I can't seem get close to talk with someone from tech support.
