MyQ hub keeps going offline

MyQ hub frequently goes offline with blue and green lights flashing which is supposed to mean that it was disconnected from the wifi. One of the solutions from MyQ is to check to make sure the hub is not blocked by any additional network security (Firewall, MAC filtering).  I don't know how to check this.  Can not find MAC settings anywhere when logged into the router as admin.

user_omf6l5 Are you having issues with any other devices or apps as well?

No. All other WiFi connected devices are fine. On the occasion that I reboot the router, they all reconnect. Not the MyQ.

@user_omf6l5 thank you for confirming all other WiFi connected devices are fine and reconnect after the reboot. Are you using your own modem/router, or do you lease a xFi gateway? When leasing a xFi gateway, there are limitations on what you can do and see inside the Xfinity App: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/xfi-advanced-settings.

xFi gateways also have the advanced security feature, and wanted to point this out in case you weren't aware and may be running: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/using-xfinity-xfi-advanced-security.
