My xfinity internet cuts out

So my Xfinity internet cuts out and back in. I've tried talking to an agent about it, they were very nice but their solution did not work. When it cuts out it shows I'm connected in the bottom right of my screen on the internet sign but the games say I lost connection and in Discord it says my MS is 5000. This only happens on my computer for some reason and I've checked the event logs but it shows nothing. I do not know what else to do someone please help.

Hello and welcome to Comcast @user_8wlcse. Thank you so much for reaching out to Comcast regarding your service issues. You are in the right place, and I am happy to assist you today. Is your computer connected via Wi-Fi or hardwired to the modem with an Ethernet cable?

@XfinityRoberto Hello sorry for taking so long to respond I still have this issue, I am connected through Wi-Fi and I'm not using ethernet cables. I have reached out to support for help they said they sent "fresh signals" which I don't know what that means. But in the end, it did not help although they were very nice. It would be very nice for any kind of help and thank you in advance.
