Can you tell me a little more about what's happening? Are you able to connect other devices to your Wi-Fi network except for your Dell laptop? Does your laptop show any wireless networks in the Wi-Fi network list, or is it blank? Can you tell me what troubleshooting steps have already been attempted (restart laptop, restart modem/router, reset network settings, uninstall and reinstall network card, etc.)? https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/internet-connectivity-troubleshooting
