My WiFi is not connected
I have been on the phone all day trying to get help when I call your 800 number they say that I have to do it over the Internet when I go to messaging they say I have to call. I am so upset. Can I please have help

You don't say what troubleshooting you've done, but have you unplugged the device for 30 seconds and then plugged it back in again?
