My upload speed changed from a week ago with a new cable modem installed from Xfinity
The Tech came and replaced the cable modem - router and the download and upload speeds were good. 2GB down and 240MB up. Now today it is 60 up. Why did you throttle the upload speed?
I am paying for 255 upload speed.

Thanks for meeting us here in our community, @FCCJANE, about your speed uploads. I can understand the frustration since that is quite the difference. Have you checked your Xfinity app to ensure an area interruption isn't the cause? You can also use: https://www.xfinity.com/support/statusmap to check the status as well.

I’m in the same boat. Used to get 250-300 up then all of a sudden it feels intentionally called at 60. Heck sometimes it’s as low as 4 Mbps. It’s complete trash. I’ve been told my area is being test for some new symmetrical upgrade to increase the uploads speeds to compete with fiber. So far it’s unimpressive. I hope you get an answer.
