My upload is provisioned at about 5 Mbps
I have my own modem, a Netgear CM600. My upload is provisioned at about 5 Mbps, but my plan supports substantially more — I measured 170 Mbps upload on the Comcast gateway on this same line recently. I'd like someone to check the service configuration file being served to my modem's MAC address and tell me what upstream rate it specifies.
I've already power-cycled the modem and reviewed the signal page. Downstream is 24 channels locked at QAM256, SNR 37 to 43 dB, with zero correctables and zero uncorrectables. Upstream is four ATDMA channels at 44 to 46 dBmV. The physical layer is clean. This is a provisioning question, not a signal question.
