My sister passed away and I want to continue her xfinity account.

My sister passed away and I'd like to continue her xfinity account. The problem is her account was sent to her work email and work cell phone which I no longer have possession. Can I have the account changed to my information to continue payments and not have to start a new account. This will only last until her house is sold, 2 to 3 months.
