My robot vacuum cannot see 2.4 GHz network

Until 2 weeks ago, it worked fine. Now all of the sudden my robot vacuum cannot see 2.4 GHz network. I have wifi boost pods so I cannot have one name for 5GHz and another for 2.4Ghz. I reset to factory setting teh robot and rebooted the network 2X.

  • WiFi Boost Pods
    • Pods require that you only have one WiFi network name and password.
      • This allows all your devices to seamlessly connect to the network that will provide the best WiFi signal at any given time.
      • Advanced WiFi settings aren't visible and can't be managed from the Admin Tool or Xfinity App.

This page is useless. Very frustrated with the Xfinity bot -- it doesn't work. Need a person!

Greetings, @user_y1q6p7! I hope your week has been treating you well. Thanks so much for taking a moment out of your busy day to leave a post on our community forum. I'm sorry to hear you're having issues reconnecting your vacuum, but you have definitely come to the right place for assistance.

If you could send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you.

To send a Direct Message, please click on the “Direct Message” icon in the top-right corner of the screen, next to the bell icon, click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon, then type or select "Xfinity Support". Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window and press Enter to send your message and initiate a live session.

Absolutely, @EG! These 2.4 GHz connection issues can be frustrating. I just went through the same thing with a new device last week. I will let everyone know what we discover.
