My modem isn't allowing me to sign in to my wifi

Older computer.  Initially it wouldn't detect the wifi at all.  It is now detecting it but will not allow me to sign in.  HELP!

YSHELL94 Thanks for posting on our community forums. I'm sorry to hear the Wi-Fi network is not allowing you to connect. Are you currently renting the modem from us or using your own?
