My IP is being black-listed

We have a dedicated IP address, but that is for ease. We do not host a web site, sell anything, and only send about ten emails per day. However, when I visited www.uceprotect.net, entered my dedicated IP address, it showed the status of network [Edited: "Personal Information"] as 'WARNING High Listingrisk'. Would someone please clean this up ASAP!!!
