My Internet TV have been going up and down for 6 weeks

I live in EB a community call Greentree  My internet has been going up and dow for 6-7 weeks...they are working around but i had them here 3 times i bought a motem from them they put on 2 fl   still nothing ive called 20x at least and its a waste   Now they say i need another motem.....i requested they come and move the one on the second fl.  after being on the phone 1/2 hr i got cut off...i called back and the person very pushy wanted to start from day one.  My bill is high for 2 > 80 seniors.  This area is tied to Xfinity there is no other cable.  If i could get out i would...i also asked to be compenseated for lost time they did not..Please have someone contact me....your reps say there are no managers to talk to.......
