My internet speeds drop every month and I need to call in to restore my speeds.
I pay for 1000mb downstream internet but every month like clockwork I'll notice the speeds randomly drop down to 100mb, and every month I need to call in Xfinity Support for them to restore my speeds back to normal. I work in I.T. and I know how to manage my network and devices, but something is going on with my service where Xfinity randomly decides to throttle the speeds I pay for. I'd like for this to stop and I'd like a permanent solution to this.
PLEASE.
Sincerely,
- Someone on their last nerve.
