MY INTERNET SPEED IS WAY DOWN

It is now clocking at 85mpbs i pay for 500mpbs (multi test sites) . It usually goes out about 285 to 325mpbs but has recently dropped. I am hard wire to my modem and have reset it twice for over a min between reboots. The assistant is of no help. I need a tech to check and make sure i am running correctly.

Do you have a VPN or some sort of Anti-Virus on? Had slower speeds on my Xfinity until i turned those off. Not saying it is the problem, but just a possibility.
