My internet service goes down daily - service technician says it's a bandwidth issue not my equipment. what's do I do next.
I keep loosing connectivity due to a bandwidth issue with Comcast. This also happened a few years ago and Comcast made some upgrades in the neighborhood that mitigated the bandwidth issue - but it is happening again. I work from home for a global corporation and need reliable connectivity 24/7. Is there a number where I can speak with a human and not AI support that keeps telling me to check my router.
