My internet is out and I can't get in touch with a person

Our internet has been out since Saturday (5 days). I have tried a new cable and a new router/modem. It's not working. Xfinity's customer service is a bunch of robots that want to walk me through pointless troubleshooting. I've tried unplugging the router already! Can I get a technician out here?

Update: I was finally able to get in touch with a service representative and have a technician scheduled to come out tomorrow. No need for further action at this point.
