My internet has went out 4 times in the past 14 hours

Hello, 

I am using my own netgear C6300 modem/router combo device.  It has been working fine for over a year with no issues.  Last night and this morning my internet has went out randomly.  I checked the logs on the netgear and I see these messages:

Please also post the *Downstream Power Level*, the *Upstream Power Level*, and the *SNR* (Signal to Noise Ratio) numbers.
