My internet has been off for multiple hours almost every day for the past two weeks.
My internet has been off for multiple hours almost every day for the past two weeks. The app always says network damage and always says 3 hours to fix. Sometimes it is quicker, sometimes slower than this. I has happened enough that I have exceeded the maximum amount of credit and I am extremely aggravated that it continues to happen but no credit is available. There is clearly some major problem going on and it might help prevent me switching to GFiber if I could find out what is going on. Otherwise, Google here I come.

Hello, @user_0aywhm thank you for taking time to reach out over Xfinity Forums. Working from home myself, I completely understand the frustration when your home network is down. I'd definitely like to investigate further, as I'd like to help get a resolution, so you won't have to look at other providers. I appreciate the information you have provided so far, it's helpful knowing that you check the Xfinity App when service is down. I did have a couple of questions when you have time answer:
- After service has been restored, have you ran any troubleshooting from the Xfinity App to see if any service issues are still being detected: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/internet-connectivity-troubleshooting ?
- Have you had a technician out recently to troubleshoot while on the premise?
