My internet goes down at least 10 times weekly. Sometimes for hours

My internet goes down like 10x - 20x weekly. Often it’s hours sometimes greater than 12 hours. I get a notification they are working on it. When I call I can’t get any human to help me. It puts me in that ai thing and never lets me talk to a person
