My horrible internet service
I have had intermittent internet service for the last month and this weekend.It was very bad. I called on tuesday and they scheduled an appointment for thursday evening.Then they canceled it. When I called today on wednesday they told me it was because my service was working. It is an intermittent problem. Now they won't send anybody out until saturday morning.
I am so angry and frustrated with your [Edited: "Language"] service that we are paying three hundred dollars for that. I am ready to move on. Your phone service is horrible. Your xfinity assistant is horible. I don't know how you think people would continue to put up with this. We have been customers for over twenty some years. Lately we have had problems almost every year.

Good afternoon user_atho63 thank you so much for taking the time to reach us here via our Xfinity Forums regarding your recent experience. Intermittent issues are as tough to resolve as they are to deal with, and our dispatch teams will always run network health tests prior to deploying tech to ensure that we are using these resources effectively.
We'd like to help in any way we can in identifying and focusing our efforts in making sure we can get to the bottom of this. Are these intermittent issues happening on all devices, or only certain ones? Is the modem a personal device or leased? When these issues occur, is the modem fully resetting?
