My gateway box keep shutting off like every 10 min.

my gateway box shuts off every 10 minutes and then when it turns back on in a blink orange and then connect for like two seconds and then turn back off again I’ve only had this box for about two months

I did see we have some troubles with the network which is impacting you now. That said, we see we have maintenance planned, which will help clear up any issues. I can follow up here to double-check. How is everything on your end today?

Hello yes I’m sorry I was out of town. I got back early yesterday morning and my Wi-Fi worked just fine all day but today today it’s been going in and out every 10 minutes
