My experience before I even have my new service
This is what i wrote to another part of your "online experience"
My wife and i decided to change to xfinity to get away from breezline..
From that moment on we got telephone calls constantly.
Sometimes three or four calls in a day at work, at dinner, on the toilet. The latest operator who called from [Edited: "Unverified Phone Number"] reacted to my being upset of another call by being snippy, not wanting to hear what I said, said he put me on the do not call list for your company, and then hung up on me very rudely in the middle of speaking.
If this is what we can expect from Xfinity, as soon as our deal is over, we will probably switch if any of this continues. We do not need to pay money to get annoyed several times a day while we are at work, doing our jobs. I went from zero calls to several a day and many of them hang up either when you answer or in the middle of talking to them.
We wanted better service for our money and instead got invited into telephone hell.
I am a professional with a important job as a DOD contractor. i don't need to be asked to switch my phone and decline that same offer more than 10 times before I got upset. How many times does someone have to say no to a service to stop being harangued and nagged?
Avantage solutions - has gotten us to consider going back to Breezline. our service has not even been installed yet, but if I pay double for less i do not get aggravated and do not have to experience this on my personal phone.
They said it would take 30 days to be removed from the list.. This is not acceptable, it didn't take me 30 days to get on the list, and i have yet to have the fiber service installed. It won't be installed for another 9 days.
I will not be recommending you to anyone else and will tell them they are better off paying more for another service than to have this kind of experience from the day they call and arrange with you.
ALS, I do not need my email box full either. so far I am totally HATING the experience. I will not get the app either as I do not need you to track my life to make money you don't share with me.
I would have included my account number but since I have not even had equipment installed I have no idea what that number is yet.
