My device keeps pausing on it's own but it's unpaused on the app.

Ever since we upgraded to the xFi Gateway one of my iPads keeps losing connection showing it's been paused even though no one paused it & the app says it's not paused. I have to pause it & unpause it to get a few minutes of internet before it shows device paused again. No other device is having this issue.

Thank you for submitting a post for us, @user_ubweaj! That is certainly strange that the 1 device keeps pausing. On the iPad, can you forget the network and then reconnect? If that does not work, can you please reset your network settings following these steps: If you're using iOS or iPadOS 15 or later, tap Settings > General > Transfer or Reset [Device] > Reset > Reset Network Settings. If you're using iOS or iPadOS 14 or earlier, tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Once the network settings are reset, it will require you to reconnect to the Wifi network. Please let us know if that does not do the trick with the device pausing.
