My connection keeps dropping
We've had 3 techs out for the problem, the last tech told me it was my modem/router that had a problem. Replaced my motorola with a Arris .TG4482A Better wireless speeds but still dropping connection.

If this with a WiFi connection, for a test, does a computer hardwired directly to the TG4482A with an ethernet cable have the same problem ?

Yes it doesn't matter ethernet or wifi. We lose signal a few times a day.

O/k, please also post the *Downstream Power Level*, the *Upstream Power Level*, and the *SNR* (Signal to Noise Ratio) numbers and the balance of the error log entries if there are more.

Thanks for your help. Comcast sent out an "outside tech" and since we've not had any dropping of connection. Fingers crossed.
