My bill
I am 80 years old and on a fixed income. I need a reduction in my monthly wifi cost at a residence that is not always occupied

Also, my internet is on again, off again and not dependable.
HELP! I have been a good xfinity customer for many years but am now looking into AT&T.

• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
