My Arris G20 Internet connection is not consistent

Just bought an Arris G20 modem wifi router for use with Xfinity.

Setup is fine. I got good Internet connection for 2 days. After that, the modem lost Internet frequently during the day. Connect about 15mins, then lost connection for about 15mins. This cycles the whole, for many days.

Is there some fix for this

Thank you very much for reaching out to us here @user_rseelv. Have you run through the troubleshooting steps on the Xfinity app, and gone through a reset of the modem and signals?

I have done modem reset,  cycle power. It does not help. Replace it with a Motorola MG7550,  this one works well, no problem so far.

I returned the Arris G20 and bought a Motorola MG7550.  After going thru setup, it works great with solid Internet connection, strong WIFI in my 2400 sqft single story  home. This Motorola modem router has a solid build (metal instead of plastic).
