My address is blocked

My address is blocked for service due to me starting service and not paying bill. I returned equipment and I paid what I owed. I'm looking to get Xfinity Internet but the only thing stopping me is that my address is blocked. I've talked to customer service multiple times about it and haven't received any updates or emails regarding this situation.

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

Hi there we are currently going thru somewhat  the same situation I believe I need help!!! We recently started services with xfinity days ago maybe a week or less and just recently was left a voice mail stating pur services will be disconnected as requested,weird because we have not requested cancellation.I called in and there seems nobody can help the best we got was the home/address is in debt from previous renter we believe and that we had a block of services due to that can someone please help fix.
