Multiple short disconnects daily
Over the past 2 or 3 weeks, I've been getting random disconnects throughout the day around 2-3 times per day. I've been at this address with the same modem (Netgear CM700) and router (TP-Link Archer A7) for almost a year and am just now starting to get these issues. I have the coax from the wall going straight into the modem with no splitters. I've swapped out the coax cable for a brand new one. I've taken the wall plate off to make sure the coax was tightly secured on the other side. I'm in an apartment, so I can't check anything outside my unit and I'm at my wits end. Is my modem the problem or do I need to give the support line a call?
Here is a link to the downstream and upstream tables as well as the event log from my modem while the disconnect was occuring: https://imgur.com/a/rY5pwsa

I've talked to a support chat agent and they aranged for the "advance repair team" to take a look and call me back in 24-48 hours. I'll keep updating this post with new information for any other people who are looking for more information on the same issue.

Nobody ended up calling me back. Do any employees read these forums and can help me get in contact with someone who can help troubleshoot this issue?
