Multiple service interruptions without notice
We are on day 3 of random service interruptions. Zero notice was sent either by text, email, phone, carrier pigeon etc. I work from home and this is completely unacceptable and makes me look unprofessional. Will file official complaint with BBB and the FCC. And hours after the interruption I’ll get a text(after investigating on the app) saying that we will have service interruptions for hours.
