Multiple service interruptions without notice

We are on day 3 of random service interruptions. Zero notice was sent either by text, email, phone, carrier pigeon etc. I work from home and this is completely unacceptable and makes me look unprofessional. Will file official complaint with BBB and the FCC. And hours after the interruption I’ll get a text(after investigating on the app) saying that we will have service interruptions for hours.

It sounds like you've done the right thing by checking the Xfinity App any time your service stops working. Sometimes, it can take multiple reports by various customers to trigger a notice for known issues in the area. However, you can also check our Status Center for updates when experiencing service issues. As of now, how is everything working for you?
