Multiple outages a day, mostly in the afternoon.
Hi,
I've been experiencing multiple short (10 seconds - 5 minutes) outages every single day in the afternoon. During these outages the downstream dBmV drops extremely low (-49ish). I talked to troubleshooting and they sent a technician, who told me to replace the gateway and call back if the issue persists. The new gateway didn't help the issue at all, but the technician is ignoring my texts and calls. Every time I try to talk to support normally the AI either tells me it's aware of an outage in the area and there's nothing it can do at the moment, or forces me to go through the same fifteen minute procedure that never does anything before I can talk to a human, when I then have to spend 45 minutes redescribing the situation to a handful of people as I'm bounced around between departments, so I thought I'd post here in hopes of a mildly less tortuous experience. I am moments away from switching providers as this is horrible especially when it comes to videoconferencing and the like.

Same thing has been happening with our Xfinity internet. Ruining our working life. Same experience trying to get support from Xfinity, OMG endless hours on chat and phone and the reps just pass me around and expect me to re-explain everything. It's unbelievably bad. Also shopping for new provider, will probably leave Xfinity soon. Left Xfinity Mobile today, that's been another horror show.
