I get that there's capacity issues but at my wits end on getting things fixed. My internal router is working fine (internal network is working great and my wired and wireless connections get same drops) but we keep losing internet connection. Have tried multiple bootfiles and firmwares on my old SB6190, 2 new modems of different brands (SB8200 and CM1000v2), reprovisioned dozens of times for each and the in-home tech says the signal looks fine from his end and there's no feedback from our one neighbor (we're in a duplex. I've showed him the data below as well which doesn't quite match what he's seeing on the upstream side. Hoping to get an escalation here to see if there's anyting else to try.
Have GB now but getting 300MBPS at best (40-50upload) and dropping a couple times per half hour (making it difficult for us both to work).
Please see signals below! Would love to get ODFM working but would settle for a stable 3.0 connection at this point...
