Multiple internet drop a day
I am very disappointed with Xfinity starting a few months ago. The internet is very unstable, dropping multiple times a day, each time for a couple minutes. I checked and am pretty sure the no change/issue of connection inside home.
For that, I even upgraded to super fast (800M) service, but still has poor experience.
I checked with my neighbor. He also had same bad experience, and had just switched to ATT this week.
Please address the issue immediately, otherwise I may switch out next week.
The phone call always takes unbearable time, and online chat won't transfer to a live agent. Really bad customer support on that regard.

For example, have you taken advantage of the Xfinity App's troubleshooting tools to see if those have been area wide service interruptions, or it detects a specific issue in your home? I recommend posting a screenshot of your modem logs, so we can review the connection. As a reminder do not post any personal information such as your Mac Address or IP's.
