Multiple enhanced work in my neighborhood

For over a month I have received multiple “We've started work to enhance the network in your neighborhood….” Which includes my internet going out multiple times a day. This has been happening since July 31, it is now Sept 1. I work from home and this is effecting my work, this is absolutely absurd. 

With “work” going on in my neighborhood, it isn’t allowing me to speak to an agent. Again this is currently happening and has been happening for over a month, unacceptable.
