Multiple broken promises

First promise was that I would be getting my free peacock subscription after xfinity and peacock renewed some type of agreement a month or 2 ago. Second, I was told that I was eligible for the XER10 and with wifi 7 and I asked for an email confirmation that I would be getting one shipped and she sait that I should be getting an email shortly or later. It's been 2 days now and now there is no proof of my conversation and I am having to chat again for the 3rd time im on these matters..
