MT8733 upstream stuck at ~6 Mbps, same as an old thread

I'm hitting the exact same problem as this thread: https://forums.xfinity.com/conversations/your-home-network/upstream-only-6mbps-with-motorola-mt8733-provisioning-problems-12gig-service-plan/6620501312df8b16cf69f155

Motorola MT8733, plan 1000/100. Download is fine (~650 Mbps), but upload is stuck at ~6 Mbps.

Already ruled out the usual stuff: signal is clean (upstream 42–44 dBmV, 0 uncorrectable), tested wired directly to the modem (not Wi-Fi), line already fixed by a tech, and I've power-cycled several times. My event log also shows "UCD invalid or channel unusable."

Same as that thread, how should I handle this?

Hi there. Thank you so much for reaching out.  I'll be happy to assist.  Can you confirm when did this issue first begin?

@XfinityDemetrise It's been like this since installation. I just didn't pay attention to upload speed until recently.
