My brother likes to play his computer game which needs to be hooked up to the modem. My modem is currently in my living room and I’d like to move it to the basement where he stays. What do I need to do ?

There are a couple of options for that. @EG asked the correct question, if there is an existing coaxial outlet in the basement we can assist you with getting that switched. We can also set up an appointment to relocate an outlet if possible, our technicians will not do any inside wiring our wall fishing.
