moving and interested in a site survey

In the process of buying this property, but wanted to see if its possible to complete a site survey for better internet.   The zip code is about 40% coverage by xfinity, but it would seem like route 7, 5 miles away, would have coverage.  What is the process to see about extending service to the below address and how long does the process take?
