Moved address twice but still no updated xFi Complete Home Evaluation
Basically, we moved service twice since 2021 and until now have not received a further evaluation for the new home. We were expecting Xfi Pods cause there are 2 areas in the house that the wifi is weak or doesnt reach. But the most recent evaluation was way back 2021. Is there a way to get re evaluated again?

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
