Moved a kid into the basement. WiFi keeps disconnecting. When it is connected, it is very slow. Please send a pod.

Hello,

I recently built a bedroom in the basement for my son. The WiFi keeps disconnecting. When it is connected, speeds are incredibly slow and fluctuate wildly.

I bought a mesh system recently, which helped, but then I learned about the free pod offer. I would like to return the mesh system. I am past 24 months of service, but having devices in a new area of my house has created a problem with this poor WiFi signal. How can I go about getting a free pod? I have XFi complete.

Thank you for reaching out to our team here @yemar. The Complete system does have that home assessment every 6-months. If that detects an issue you would get an email offer for the free pod.
