Motorola MB8611 Reboots/Restarts Multiple Times a Day - PLEASE HELP!

Hi, I have the MB8611 and its constantly restarting/rebooting throughout the day. Almost once a hour. Not sure what todo. PLEASE HELP! Note: If someone has a recommendation of another device that works well, (as it seems everyone has this problem) please let me know. I am happy to replace it.

@emattheis my mb8611 was unplugged and offline, i plugged it in and got those event logs..

@emattheis  I was thinking about high temperature cpu reboots, my modem is in a room with a temperature under 60 degrees right now, anyway the modem supports snmp, so I am going to setup snmp monitoring system and see what I can actually monitor..

@Jlavaseur​ My modem is in my basement and the ambient temperature is usually between 60 and 65 degrees Fahrenheit. This is well within the rated operating temperature of the modem. Note also that it has been in a consistent environment since I installed it last March, and has not exhibited this behavior until recently. SNMP is an interesting idea. I’ll be interested to know what you find. I might have some time to set something up on my network if it’s delivering useful data via SNMP.

To my understanding, SNMP will only work if the cable modem is disconnected from the ISP's system. Comcast disabled client / LAN side SNMP many years ago for security purposes.

I have the same issue with modem Motorola MB8611, its restarts couple times a hour. This issue starts couple days ago, in December everything worked fine without any issues. 
Right now fimware version is 8611-21.3.7
So the problem is in the fimware and it should be downgraded to previous stable version or fixed and updated.

@EG  Thanks I haven’t used snmp in many years, but from a routers standpoint I am hoping to monitor certain activities to and from the router and the devices on it, can’t hurt to try I guess..
