Motorola MB7621

My modem (Motorola MB 7621) seems to be a bottleneck I subscribed to a 600Mbps plan but am only getting @ 200Mbps on the speed tests.

Any advice?

That particular Cable modem only gets a max of 400Mbps.

Thanks, the package says 1000Mbps.... maybe I need to take the issue up with Motorola.

FWIW, Comcast rates it for speeds up to 845 Mbps;

O/k. For a test, what do you get with that PC connected directly to the cable modem (no router in the mix) ?

You'll need to power cycle the modem when you make this change, and then again when you re-insert the router into the path.
