Motorola MB7420 Disconnecting and drops connection, forces reboot
Hello,
For clarity I have searched this topic and their is a slew of information on it but when selecting the thread to read, the forums are redirecting me to the homepage and not opening the thread topic like it should.
I purchased a Motorola MB7420 and installed it earlier this week. Immediately the connection would drop every 5 or so minutes. I called Xfinity tech support and they helped me troubleshoot. The technician sent a "Signal" to the device and I was instructed to hard reboot it after an hour. This solved the intermittent issue, but now i see it on a greater scale. The router is rebooting about every 20 hours.
Below are the signals and routers config info, please let me know what I can do?

Can't see your pic. Since you are a new poster, it needs to be approved by a Forum Admin. That could take some time. In the interim, you could try hosting it at one of those free third-party pic hosting sites like Imgur or Photobucket and post the link to it here.

The stats are o/k. Are there any error log entries being shown ? If so, please post them as well.

I'm having the same issue. Technician checked all the lines and said there was no issue. He said it might be problem of the modem and possible overcapacity in the neighborhood since everybody is working from home now.

My connection has been stable for 2 days and 16 hours so this may have stopped.
Logs are not collecting on the device and it says the time sync failed: https://imgur.com/a/DmYyFNA

i switched to my old modem that's been working for 5 years. both modems drop connections like once a day or so. i'm thinking to lower my speed since that's whole connection unstabilitiy situation started.
