Modem/Router

I’m looking to purchase my own modem to use with Xfinity. Can anyone recommend something that would have the same specs or better than the rental modem?

I have voice service and 1200gps internet. I’m connected at the pc by Ethernet and have wifi throughout the house.

What is a good modem that would handle everything I need?
