Modem
We started watching a movie for 28mins & 13sec and then noticed a disconnection from wifi. We noticed the modem had no lights so we unplugged modem for 1 minute and then plugged back in and still no power to modem. Contacted an electrician to come to the house to make sure that we have good power to the house and got cleared for Voltage. Not exactly sure what happened but would like for the situation to be rectified asap.

Just to make sure we are on the same page, the modem is no longer responsive while plugged in and that's after attempting to use it on multiple different outlets?
