Modem

This modem had to be factory reset 2 months ago after Comcast customer service said it was an issue with Samsung.  Geek Squad talked me through factory reset and all worked.  2 month later, the modem was not syncing again but this time factory reset did not work till I went online and had Xfinity Assistant do the online connection but this time I had to choose a different network name.  If this happens again, I'm canceling this crazy expensive service.
